Eligible Entrants An Eligible Entrant must be:
(a) aged 18 years or older; and
(b) a legal resident of the Eligible States.
Entry Requirements To enter, an Entrant must:
(a) purchase a one-off or membership package (which may
include access to discounts and offers from 3rd party
providers) from the Promoter, following the prompts at the
Drammers Drop website at www.drammersdrop.com.au; and
(b) complete and submit the relevant contact and entry form with
true and accurate information.
The Entrant will receive the number of free entries specified with
the package (including any accumulated entries from holding a
Drammers Drop membership continuously).
An Entrant may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish.
If a package is returned or refunded for any reason, any entries
gained in connection with that purchase will be invalid.

Prizes There will be a maximum of 3 Winners. Three (3) Winners will be
drawn on the Drawing Date:

(b) 2nd Prize: 1 x Bakery Hill Gold Strike Bottle, Single Barrel

Christmas Release 2024 500ml, valued at $155.00.
The total prize pool is valued at $1,800. The Prizes may be
manufactured or supplied by third party businesses who are not a
participant or sponsor of the Promotion.
If the Prize is a vintage wine, it is provided on an ‘as is’ basis in its
existing condition, including any defects to the bottle, label or other
details which may not be specifically listed.
NSW regulations impose limits on the volume of alcohol that may
be awarded as a prize to NSW residents. If applicable, winners
from NSW will be awarded the specified prizes until such limit is
reached, after which NSW winners must accept either an equivalent
cash prize or alternative prize of the same/similar value as a
substitute prize.

Drawing Method All valid entries will be assigned a number upon entry and winners
will be drawn (Winner) via randomdraws.com on the Drawing Date
at 22 Berrima Rd, Donvale, Victoria, 3111.
An Entrant is eligible to win multiple Prizes in the Promotion, and
their entries will still be included in the drawing pool if they have
already won a Prize previously.
Notification of Winners Winners will be personally contacted by phone and email within 7
days of the draw.
Publication of Winners Winners will be published online at www.drammersdrop.com.au
and/or at the Promoters social media platform/s for a minimum of
28 days, within 7 days of the draw.
Prize Delivery The Prize (other than a cash prize) will be sent to the relevant
Winner to its nominated delivery address.
Standard delivery costs will be included as part of the Prize. There
will be no cost from the Promoter for the Winner to accept the Prize,
however the Prize does not include any applicable taxes, duties,
insurance or any additional expense incurred in connection with
winning or accepting the Prize, which is the sole responsibility of
the Winner.
The Winner(s) are solely liable for any risk and damage during
transit and the Promotor will not be liable for any lost or stolen
deliveries.
The Prize will be considered delivered once delivery is accepted
and signed for by the Winner or left in a safe location at the
Winner’s nominated delivery address.
If the Winner or its delivery recipient refuses to provide signature on
delivery or must be refused delivery in accordance with the
Promotor’s liquor licence or legal obligations, or otherwise does not
accept delivery, the Winner is solely responsible for storage and
non-delivery costs incurred by the Promotor (including reasonable
administration fees where the Promotor must notify liquor regulators
of non-delivery).
(d)
Cash prizes (if any) will be awarded by electronic bank transfer.
The Winner is solely responsible for any error in bank details it
provides to the Promoter.
Winner Eligibility It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner:
(a) provides proof of age and identity to the satisfaction of the
Promoter upon request;
(b) must be, at the time of winning, subscribed to the Drammers
Drop mailing list;
(c) upon request, nominates a delivery address within the Eligible
States for delivery of the Prize (if applicable) in writing within 2
days of receiving notice of winning;
(d) upon request, provides required details to receive a cash prize
(if applicable) in writing within 2 days of receiving notice of
winning; and
(e) agrees to, and validly executes the confirmation of receipt and
acceptance of prize and legal release agreement provided by
the Promotor upon request.
A Winner will be ineligible to win if for any reason, it is illegal for the
Promotor to supply or deliver the Prize to the Winner.

Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the conduct of, and entry into the game of chance
trade promotion conducted by the Promoter in accordance with the details set out in the
Schedule (Promotion). The Promotion is being conducted to promote the Promotor’s business.
2. The Schedule forms part of these Terms and Conditions and capitalised terms have the meaning
set out in the Schedule. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
3. Any reference to time or date is Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Any reference to
currency is Australian Dollars, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Promotion
4. Entry into the Promotion is open for the duration of the Promotional Period set out in the
Schedule unless varied by notice of the Promoter, subject to any regulator approval required.
5. Entries received after the End date of the Promotion will not be accepted or considered valid.
Eligibility
6. Entry into the Promotion is open to Eligible Entrants as set out in the Schedule, that:
(a) comply with the Entry Requirements and these Terms;
(b) are not involved in conducting the Promotion or the management of any benefiting
business in relation to the Promotion; and
(c) are not a director, officer or employed by the Promoter or an immediate family member
(e.g. spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step-child (including adopted), parent,
step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,
step-brother, step-sister and first cousin) of a director, officer or employee of the Promoter.
7. Any entry not in compliance with these Terms is automatically invalid. The Promoter reserves the
right to accept or reject non-compliant or incomplete entries in its sole discretion.
8. If applicable, Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for any
packages purchased as proof of purchase.
9. Each Entrant is responsible for any expenses incurred in relation to participating in or winning the
Promotion. An Entrant will not be reimbursed for any cost incurred in the event of winning the
Promotion other than as expressly set out in these Terms.
10. Entrants must immediately notify the Promotor in writing of any changes to their contact details or
any other details provided to the Promotor upon entry, during the Promotional Period.
Prizes and Prize substitution
11. The Prizes, including prize value and the total prize pool, is set out in the Schedule. Prize values
are correct as at the Start date of the Promotion, however the Promoter is not responsible for any
change in Prize value after this date.
12. A Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services, unless specified
otherwise in writing.
13. Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, including any
rights which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law, the
Promoter expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, conditions and guarantees of any

kind, express or implied, oral or written, with respect to the Prizes. The Promoter will not make
any modifications to any Prizes at a Winner’s request.
14. Except if the Winner’s address is in Victoria, if the Prize(s) are unavailable or becomes
unavailable through no fault of the Promoter after the commencement of the Promotion, the
Promoter may substitute the Prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of
the same or similar value or specification as the Prize.
15. If the Winner’s address is located in Victoria, Prizes may be substituted with a prize of the same
or greater value than the original Prizes if:
(a) the Winner agrees in writing; or
(b) the original Prizes are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter
and reasonable but unsuccessful attempts have been made to reach agreement with the
Winner.
16. If the Prize is lost in transit, stolen, delivered to an incorrect address or otherwise not accepted
by a Winner or due to any error of a Winner, the Promoter will not be liable for re-drawing or
providing a replacement Prize.
Prize Draw
17. The Winner will be drawn by the Drawing Method on the Drawing Dates.
18. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.
19. Winners are solely liable for seeking their own independent financial advice with respect to any
tax or duty implications arising from their prize winnings.
Winner
20. The Winner must be the person named on the winning entry. The Promoter reserves the right to
require proof of identity and proof of eligibility (including but not limited to requiring
documentation establishing a Winner’s identity, age and place of residence) prior to awarding a
Prize to a Winner.
21. Winners must comply with the Winner Eligibility conditions set out in the Schedule. If a Winner
fails to comply with these conditions, the Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and a Winner will
be redrawn in accordance with these Terms.
22. The Winner expressly consents to their full name, State/Territory and postcode being published
in accordance with the Publication of Winners terms set out in the Schedule.
23. Upon confirmation of the Winner’s eligibility, the Promoter will arrange award of the Prize in
accordance with the terms for Prize Delivery set out in the Schedule.
24. Risk of the Prize transfers to the Winner upon delivery of the Prize to the Winner’s nominated
address or upon the Winner receiving access to or picking up the prize, whichever is earlier.
25. If the Prize is to be delivered to the Winner, the Winner’s address must be within the Eligible
States. Prizes will not be delivered to address outside of Australia. Cash prizes will be paid in
Australian dollars and if relevant, will only be delivered to Australian bank accounts.
Rejection of a Prize
26. A Winner may opt to reject a Prize within 14 days after notification of winning by contacting the
Promoter by email. In the event that a Winner rejects a Prize, the Promoter may redraw the
Prize in accordance with clause 29.
Unclaimed Prizes

27. If a Prize is not able to be received by a Winner through no fault of the Promoter within a period
of 3 months after the Draw Date (Claim Period), the Prize will be deemed forfeited and the
Promoter may redraw the Prize on or after the date that is 3 months and 1 day after the Draw
Date (Redraw Date) at the same location and by the same manner is the original draw, and the
Redraw Date will be deemed the Draw Date for the purposes of these Terms.
28. The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the Winner during the Claim Period.
Redraw due to Ineligibility or rejection of Prize
29. In the event that a Winner is ineligible to win a Prize (including where they do not meet the
conditions of acceptance) or a Prize is rejected in accordance with clause 26, the Promotor may
conduct a second draw for that Prize excluding the Winner that either rejected the Prize or is
ineligible to win the Prize immediately upon discovering the Entrant is ineligible or on another
date determined by the Promotor (Redraw Date) at the same location and by the same manner
is the original draw, and the Redraw Date will be deemed the Draw Date for the purposes of
these Terms.
Disqualification
30. An Entrant or purported Entrant or Winner is disqualified from the Promotion, and will not be
eligible for any Prize, if they:
(a) enter the Promotion without being an Eligible Entrant;
(b) tamper with the entry process including by using bots or other automatic or illicit means to
enter the Promotion;
(c) submit an entry that does not comply with these Terms;
(d) breach or are suspecting of breaching these Terms or any applicable Drammers Drop terms
and conditions (such as Membership and/or Website Terms and Conditions), including any
condition of acceptance;
(e) harass, bully, intimidate or threaten any other person (including any other Entrant or the
Promoter);
(f) use offensive language or behave in a disruptive, abusive or threatening manner;
(g) breach or are suspected of breaching any law or regulation; or
(h) engage in misleading or deceptive or fraudulent conduct or otherwise behave in a way that
may (in the Promoter’s opinion) bring the Promoter into disrepute, or affect the fair and
proper conduct of the Promotion.
31. If a Winner is found to have been ineligible to win or disqualified from the Promotion, any prize
awarded to the Winner must be immediately returned to the Promotor in accordance with the
Promotors instructions, at the Winner’s sole cost.
Social Media Terms
32. Entrants agree:
(a) that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorse, affiliated, administered or associated
with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Snapchat or any other social media platform
used to promote the Promotion; and
(b) to release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and/or Snapchat from all liability in
relation to this Promotion.

Amendment of the Promotion
33. The Promotor reserves the right to amend the Promotion, including the Promotional Period
and/or Drawing Dates of the Promotion, subject to approval of relevant regulatory bodies.
Termination of the Promotion
34. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter this Promotion is not capable of
running as expected, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that
may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, except where
prohibited by law.
35. The Promoter may terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason prior to the Drawing
Dates, with the approval of relevant regulatory bodies.
36. If the Promoter terminates the Promotion prior to the Drawing Dates, then the Promoter will not
proceed to conduct the Draw and no Entrant or other person will be eligible to win any Prize
under the Promotion.
37. The Promotor reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion, including any Prize offered, if
there are changes to law which may render the Promotion or any Prizes offered under the
Promotion unlawful.
Liability
38. To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clauses 39 and 40, the Promoter is not
liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by any Entrant or any
Winner in connection with the Promotion, including in connection with:
(a) late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or Prize acceptance, including due to
error of a Winner or delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;
(b) any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated
with or utilised in the Promotion;
(c) any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries or Prize(s);
(d) any dispute between a Winner and any other person or third party;
(e) any acceptance or use of the Prize(s); or
(f) any tax liability incurred by the Winner(s) as a result of winning or accepting the Prize(s).
39. Nothing under clause 38 limits any Entrant’s or Winner’s rights under the Schedule 2 of the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).
40. These Terms do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision, including but not
limited to a provision of the Australian Consumer Law, where to do so would contravene that
statute or cause any part of these Terms to be void.
41. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s total aggregate liability to an Entrant or
Winner arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Promotion, is limited to any
amounts paid by the Entrant or Winner to the Promotor in the 6 months prior to date that the
relevant claim arose.
Force majeure
42. Without limiting clause 34, if the Promotion is unable to proceed or is not capable of running as
expected, due to unforeseen circumstances or for any reason beyond the reasonable control of
the Promoter, including cyber-attack, industrial strike, computer virus, fraud, or technical failures,
the Promoter may take appropriate action with respect to the Promotion (including suspension,

termination or modification of the Promotion) as it deems appropriate, subject to any relevant
regulation or law or direction from a regulatory authority.
Privacy and personal information
43. Winners consent to and grant to the Promoter, a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free
license to use their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media, marketing and promotional
materials for the purpose of promoting the Promoter, this Competition (including any outcome)
and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
44. The Promoter will use and retain for a reasonable period the personal information of each
Entrant for the following purposes:
(a) to communicate with the Entrant regarding the Promotion;
(b) to verify that these Terms have been complied with;
(c) for marketing and promotional purposes as set out in clause 43;
(d) for accounting and legal purposes; and
(e) in accordance with any other uses set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at
www.drammersdrop.com.au.
45. An Entrant’s personal information may be passed to a third party to enable such third party to
fulfill any necessary requirements relating to the award of a Prize.
46. The Promoter will not use the personal information of an Entrant except in accordance with the
purposes stated in this clause.
Dispute resolution
47. A complaint about the Promotion, including about claiming a Prize, may be made by contacting
the Promoter, who will take reasonable steps to consider the entrant’s point of view, taking into
account any facts or evidence the entrant puts forward, and to respond to it fairly within a
reasonable time.
48. The Promotor’s decision in connection with all other aspects of the Promotion is final.

Governing law
50. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Entrants submit to the
jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria in respect of any proceedings in connection with these terms
and conditions.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
51. The Promotor supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. WARNING – Under the Liquor
Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18
years (Penalty exceeds $23,000) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or
